Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using this website or by placing an order for the supply of goods by Reyna Equestrian, the customer has acknowledged their acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale and use set out herein.

These terms apply to all transactions where Reyna Equestrian supplies goods to a customer.

Price

All prices indicated are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing is affected by the New Zealand dollar exchange rate and our suppliers may be forced to review these frequently. We will endeavour to keep our displayed prices as accurate as possible at all times but there may be circumstances where there is a variation on the displayed price. This scenario is unlikely to occur but if it does the customer will be notified of this before the order is processed and provided with an option to progress with the order or to decline the order. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Our product listing indicates stock on hand availability but there may be occurrences where this is incorrect. We will notify the customer on receipt of an order with regard to this and provide the customer with alternative options. This may include a cancellation of the order or a revised delivery date.

Payment

Title to all goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received and funds are cleared by our bank. Payment is via credit or debit card through the eWay Payment facility or through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment by direct credit can be facilitated by prior arrangement, but please note your order may be held back from processing until payment is cleared into our account.

Reyna Equestrian reserves the right to refuse to supply any order(s) without providing a reason for such refusal. We reserve the right to charge a penalty rate of 2.5% per month (calculated daily) on the payment or part payment of goods supplied by Reyna Equestrian that a customer defaults on. If recovery of any default amount is required, then all costs will be passed on to the customer and added to the total outstanding.

Delivery

All freight charges are to be borne by the customer unless prior arrangements have been made with Reyna Equestrian. Customers returning goods under warranty may be asked to pay all related freight charges (that is both inward and outward).

Orders are typically shipped the same day payment is cleared unless stock issues prevent this, in which case the customer will be notified of any delay and an updated ETA provided.

Reyna Equestrian will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay occurring to goods in transit. Accordingly, it is recommended that the customer arrange their own transit insurance. Reyna Equestrian will not be held liable for delays in delivery. Reyna Equestrian will however, liaise with the freight company on the customer's behalf once notified of a delay, damage or loss. Any dates quoted for the delivery of products are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract. Delivery will be via courier with track and trace and signature required by default. Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers, and we do allow customer pickup from our warehouse.

Guarantees and Warranties

Reyna Equestrian at times distributes goods on behalf of vendors. Specific warranty concerns will be addressed to the manufacturer via the vendor on the customer's behalf. Warranties are processed as RTB (return to base). Warranties and freight are the responsibility of the customer. Once the warranty issue has been addressed Reyna Equestrian will then pay the return freight to the originally supplied customer delivery address. Any warranty supplied is not an instant replacement warranty.

Except where required by law or within these Terms and Conditions, Reyna Equestrian is not liable for any claim in relation to any goods supplied to the customer.

Unless stated, accessories shown in product images are not included as part of the advertised purchase price.

Liability

Reyna Equestrian Limited shall not be liable for any errors or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of any products purchased.

Reyna Equestrian will not be liable to repair or replace any defective goods supplied to the customer but will liaise with the manufacturer to ensure a replacement or repair is undertaken by the manufacturer.

If Reyna Equestrian is unable to honour the Terms and Conditions contained herein due to circumstances outside its control, then Reyna Equestrian is released from its obligations under this agreement.

All the material on and in relation to this website is always and remains the property of Reyna Equestrian, or in the case of some material, a third party. If we have utilised third party material, then the appropriate permissions have been obtained. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, post, or distribute, whether electronically or otherwise, any material from this website except for your own private, non-commercial use. Any other use of the website material constitutes a breach of Reyna Equestrian's copyright and other proprietary rights.

Product Images

The imagery utilised on our website for products that we sell are typically a combination of supplier provided images or those that we have had professionally photographed. There may be instances where a product image utilised is designed to promote a product in its best light or application, including available accessories or add-ons. Where the image is not the default or "bare bones" product, this will be highlighted as part of the product description or clarified as part of the additional product text.

Corrections

We're all human and occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the site information at any time without prior notice once we have been advised of the issue.
