Shipping
Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. That is why we have partnered with GoSweetSpot who are a freight aggregator to ensure we have the best available delivery network and pricing.
To track you order please enter your tracking number that you will have been emailed either by logging in to your account if you have registered with us or by clicking on the link in the tracking email you received.
Processing Your Order
Orders placed through our website during normal business hours generally leave our warehouse on the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier tracking number for your order.
Delivery Refusal
If your order arrives at the "deliver to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made.
Please advise if you need your order(s) to be delivered during a particular time of the day, during business hours. We will advise the delivery company of your request, but we cannot guarantee their service options.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product at our cost.
Goods Damaged in Shipping
If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) we will liaise with our courier and arrange to send you a replacement and collect the damaged order.
Shipping Methods, Packaging Options & Expected Shipping Times
Our freight charges are automatically generated based on the weight of your order and/or the destination. This may change to being generated based on quantity or price when a delivery promotion is run but typically, we utilise national flat rate shipping.
We typically charge freight at flat rates to include additional handling and packaging charges. All of our deliveries by courier utilise a signature required as well as a track and trace service to ensure there is a proof of delivery.
If the items ordered are currently in stock, we will dispatch them same day and you can typically expect delivery next business day for the North Island and the following business day for the South Island. For Rural delivery addresses there may be additional days delay as the courier and Rural delivery operator services crossover.
Freight Pricing
Freight will be clearly displayed for items purchased through this website via the checkout process.
Occasionally Reyna Equestrian may offer free delivery. This will be clearly stated or promoted and be reflected via the checkout process.
