Reyna Equestrian recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by the users of our website, recipients of our e-mail newsletters and all our retail and wholesale customers.  Reyna Equestrian will show a fundamental respect for a user’s right to privacy and this will guide our relationships with our users.

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for all products and services owned by Reyna Equestrian.

Information Collection and Use

Reyna Equestrian and its agents collect information from its website users, newsletter subscribers, retail, and wholesale customers.  The following statement is a breakdown on how information is collected and how that information is used to provide a better service.

Invoicing - Customer details such as name, address, phone number and email are collected for all services requiring payment.  Certain details pertaining to order type and history may also be collected.  All information collected is only utilised for records required by law, for basic sales information (should we be required to liaise or provide sales support for the Customer) and general communications with our customers. Credit card details are not stored by Reyna Equestrian as a result of a transaction, but this option is available via the payment services we provide such as AfterPay. Reyna Equestrian utilises eWay as a secure PCI DSS compliant merchant payment facility. Email Newsletters - All Reyna Equestrian Customers have an option to be added to an emailing list to receive newsletters.  Mailing list information may also be collected from invoicing sources or from website requests and used only for newsletter requirements.  Recipients can unsubscribe at any time by using the links provided in these newsletters. Signing up using a social network will by default give your consent to form part of our subscriber list.

Communications - Reyna Equestrian has features on its website allowing users to submit information (such as contact forms).  Requests for service, support, or information through all forms of communication may be required to be forwarded to a third party to meet a specific request. All communication materials may be retained for Reyna Equestrian's internal administrative purposes and to better help it serve its customers.

Special Offers - Occasionally Reyna Equestrian may have important product, service offers, company news or exclusive deals.  Typically, these events will coincide to be included in our newsletters but there are times when a "stand alone" mail out communication may occur.  All newsletter communications provide an "opt out" function for those who do not wish to receive communications from Reyna Equestrian Limited via this method.

Sharing of Information

Reyna Equestrian and its Agents do not knowingly share a customer's personal information with any third party.  Occasionally this information may be used for demographic reporting and various sales reports, however these will not contain any personal information.

Correcting or Updating Personal Information

Those customers who have an account on our website can update their personal details at any time by logging in to their account. For those customers who do not have an account, to change or update personal information, these customers should contact Reyna Equestrian via email info@reynaequestrian.co.nz.  This email address may also be used by customers who would like their details removed instead of via any "opt out" features that may have been provided.

Security

Reyna Equestrian will use reasonable precautions to protect any personal information received.  Only those employees who require access to this information to complete a specific task will be permitted and regular secure backups of our records will be undertaken.
